About Night Shot

+ Night Shot was started in June 2006 on DeviantART.

+ Night Shot is HANAKI's first published (so to speak) comic. The style is meant to be a blend between modern manga and typical B&W American style comics.

+ Night Shot's genre is a cross between Science Fiction and Action. It also has many common "Shounen" manga themes such as friendship, fighting for what you believe in, power from within and so on.

+ Night Shot features nekomimi or "cat-eared" characters. The style of putting animal ears (kemonomimi) on a character is a common theme in many Japanese manga and anime.
